I was in heaven driving my California Freeways. Jared now knows what it means to take the 101 to the 110...10...405...and back to the 101. I was right at home.
The highlight of my trip had to be my visit to the Los Angeles Temple. I was able to meet my best friend Heather there for a session. What a wonderful experience we had together. It felt so good to be together talking and laughing again. It's been awhile since we've had a chance one on one to catch up on life. I couldn't think of a better place to meet a friend and spend special time together. It was especially nice for me cause it was the first time I had been back to the LA Temple since I was in my youth. The only thing that would have made the experience better, was if our husbands were there with us. They decided to sit this one out an let us catch up. Thank you Jared for being so caring and understanding. Scott... thank you for enduring Disneyland alone with two kids!! Heather... thank you for being you! I truly cherish our friendship and love you so much! I wish I had even an ounce of as much courage and strength as you do! I look forward to our many temple visits in the future.
